Activities and Tasks
- Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of Hardware and Software
- Set up computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security software.
- Perform regular software updates and ensure hardware functionality. - Diagnostics, IT Security, and Incident Management
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networks, operating systems, and applications while providing efficient user support.
- Implement and maintain IT security measures such as firewalls and antivirus software, conducting regular audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Manage incidents and support requests by tracking their progress, providing appropriate solutions, and creating detailed reports to analyze and improve resolution processes. - Documentation and Knowledge Management
- Document technical processes, procedures, solutions, and configurations implemented.
- Regularly update technical documentation.
- Refine and expand internal knowledge by documenting new resolutions, innovative solutions, and best practices. - These responsibilities ensure efficient management of IT resources, guaranteeing security and operational continuity within the company.
Profile Required
- Degree in IT, networks, or a related field (BTS, DUT, Professional License).
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Proficiency in computer networks and communication protocols.
- Experience with ticket management and technical support tools.
- Proficiency in French and English.
