Odoo Manufacturing Consultant

The Odoo Consultant will be responsible for project management of Odoo implementations for companies across various sectors, following Captivea’s methodology. Captivea's Odoo consultants translate client needs into software solutions.
As an Odoo Manufacturing Consultant, you will be the expert on production and manufacturing modules and serve as our reference for these processes. You will also manage the implementation of other Odoo modules (Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • As an Odoo Manufacturing Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Understanding the project scope and analyzing the client’s requirements:
    - Leading analysis workshops with clients
    - Demonstrating the software to clients
  • Assessing and evaluating current manufacturing processes and recommending improvements using Odoo’s functionalities:
    - Implementing ERP software to meet client needs
    - Defining and estimating tasks
    - Installing and configuring modules, including those related to accounting
    - Customizing modules using implementation tools (Studio, automated actions, scheduled actions)
    - Importing data
    - Drafting specifications and collaborating with developers
  • Ensuring client satisfaction at every project stage:
    - Training and providing support to end-users
  • Serving as a reference for the Manufacturing module and supporting other team members on projects involving manufacturing, production, and manufacturing processes (for both team and client inquiries)
  • Ensuring adherence to Captivea’s methodology

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-year experience in the industry with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes; prior experience in production, technical office, or production process optimization is a strong asset
  • Experience in configuring the Manufacturing module in ERP or the Odoo software is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and within the team
