Accounting and Administration Manager

The Accounting and Administration Manager plays a key role in the company's financial management, ensuring that accounting and administrative operations are carried out correctly and that financial information is used effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day accounting:
    - Import and validation of supplier invoices
    - Scheduling of supplier invoice payments
    - Bank reconciliation
  • Weekly accounting:
    - Collection of bad debts
  • Monthly accounting: 
    - Invoice validation and dispatch
    - Expense management
    - Invoicing of customer purchase orders
    - Internal invoice payment
    - Synchronization of bank statements and balances
    - Payroll integration
    - Synchronization of deferred income, fixed assets and deferred expenses
    - Verification of equity balances between groups
    - Update of locking date
  • Annual accounting:
    - Closing of accounts
  • Administrative tasks:
    - Handle all administrative tasks: check purchase orders, monitor customer payments, monitor sales rewards, monitor ticketing.

Skills required

  • BAC + 3 minimum in Accounting Finance or related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, with proven experience in preparing and analyzing balance sheets
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required for communication with international partners and management of financial documents, intermediate level accepted.
  • Advanced IT skills, including mastery of accounting software, Odoo is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English would be an asset
