This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Consultant. As an ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring successful ERP implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their finance and business needs, provide expert advice and guidance, and support them throughout the ERP implementation process.
Missions
- Understand the scope of the projet and analyse the needs of the customer:
• Lead Analysis workshop with a customer
• Demonstrate the software to a customer - Implement ERP software to meet customer’s requirements:
• Define and estimate tasks
• Install and configure modules
• Customize modules with implementation tools (Studio, Automated actions, Scheduled actions)
• Import data
• Create specification and work with developers - Ensure customer satisfaction at each step of the project:
• Train and provide support to the final user
• Ensure the respect of Captivea methodology
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and understand complex business processes
- Experience in ERP implementations and working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and practices
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial
- Must have experience with ERPs such as Netsuite, Sage, or Acumatica
- Experience with Odoo a plus
- Certifications in ERP systems or related fields
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
