We are looking for an ERP Project Manager (AMOA) for one of our clients. The primary role will involve gathering user requirements, liaising with service providers for ERP implementation, and validating developed functionalities. The selected candidate will also ensure end-user training and provide first-level support.
Responsibilities
- Collect functional requirements from users to understand their expectations thoroughly.
- Collaborate and communicate with external providers to implement the ERP.
- Participate in ERP testing, validate functionalities, and report anomalies to technical teams.
- Train end-users on the ERP system.
- Provide first-level support to users, resolve common issues, and escalate complex incidents.
Required Skills:
- Functional knowledge of business processes, particularly in production, procurement, sales, and accounting.
- Experience managing teams in an industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards.
- Significant experience in business operations, with a strong understanding of departmental interactions.
- Technological aptitude, with knowledge of Odoo as a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
