The Manufacturing Consultant will be responsible for the Odoo implementation projects for companies from various sectors, following the methodology of Captivea. Captivea consultants translate client needs into software solutions.

As a Manufacturing Consultant, you will be an expert in production and manufacturing modules and serve as the reference for these processes. You will also be in charge of implementing other Odoo modules (Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.), and the go-to person for any questions related to production and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • As a Manufacturing Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Understanding the project scope and analyzing client needs
    - Conducting analysis workshops with clients
    - Demonstrating the software to clients
    - Analyzing manufacturing processes: Analyzing clients' current production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending effective solutions based on Odoo.
  • Implementing the ERP software to meet client needs
    - Defining and estimating tasks
    - Installing and configuring modules, including those related to accounting
    - Customizing modules using implementation tools (Studio, automated actions, scheduled actions)
    - Importing data
    - Writing specifications and collaborating with developers
  • Ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the project
    - Training and providing support to end users
  • Ensuring adherence to Captivea’s methodology

Skills and Qualities

  • Experience in production/manufacturing: Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in managing production and manufacturing processes. Expertise in optimizing industrial processes and a strong understanding of manufacturing challenges are essential.
  • Knowledge of Odoo (a plus): Experience with Odoo modules is a plus, but expertise in production management and ERP process implementation is more important.
