WHO IS divity?
Lise is a coach with over 13 years of experience as a nurse anesthetist. She offers innovative support by combining her medical expertise with her coaching skills. Specializing in developing healthy lifestyle habits, she helps clients improve their sleep, manage stress and pain, and adopt a balanced diet. Her training programs also include unique modules focused on emotional management in critical situations, inspired by mindfulness techniques and first aid practices.
