As a Business Developer at Captivea, you will be the ambassador for our ERP implementation services, particularly focusing on the Rhône-Alpes region. Your mission? Create and develop commercial opportunities by leveraging your ability to build strong relationships with local businesses. 

You will be especially active in the field: intensive networking, participation in professional events, trade shows, meetups, and business clubs.

The goal is clear: position Odoo as the essential business management solution by demonstrating its potential to transform business processes. Thanks to this innovative and modular solution that redefines business management, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of your prospects. Responsibilities

  • Actively network to develop a solid professional network in Rhône-Alpes:
    - Participate in local events (conferences, business clubs, meetups) to meet people and identify potential prospects.
    - Build close relationships with local businesses and identify their needs.
  • Turn these relationships into concrete commercial opportunities by convincing your prospects of Odoo's potential.
  • Guide your contacts throughout the sales cycle: needs discovery, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  • Lead impactful demonstrations showing how Odoo can transform business processes.
  • Surpass your sales targets with tenacity and a strategic approach.
  • Contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction by building long-term relationships.

Required Skills

  • An excellent communicator, comfortable establishing lasting and trustworthy relationships.
  • A natural networker, able to represent Captivea at local events.
  • A commercial drive combined with a warm and approachable attitude.
  • A first experience in sales (ideally in software) or strong motivation for the tech world.
  • Autonomy and initiative to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong listening and adaptability skills.
  • An existing local network or the ability to build one quickly in Rhône-Alpes.
