En tant que Business Developer chez Captivea, vous serez l’ambassadeur de nos services de mise en place de l’ERP Odoo notamment dans la région Rhône-Alpes. Votre mission ? Créer et développer des opportunités commerciales grâce à votre capacité à nouer des relations solides avec les entreprises locales.
Vous serez particulièrement actif(ve) sur le terrain : réseautage intensif, participation à des événements professionnels, salons, meetups, et clubs d’affaires.

Responsabilités
- Réseauter activement pour développer un réseau professionnel solide en Rhône-Alpes :
- Participer à des événements locaux (conférences, clubs d’affaires, meetups) pour rencontrer du monde et identifier des prospects potentiels.
- Nouer des relations de proximité avec les entreprises locales et identifier leurs besoins. - Transformer ces relations en opportunités commerciales concrètes, en convainquant vos prospects du potentiel d’Odoo.
- Accompagner vos interlocuteurs tout au long du cycle de vente : découverte des besoins, démonstration produit, négociation et signature.
- Lead impactful demonstrations showing how Odoo can transform business processes.
- Surpass your sales targets with tenacity and a strategic approach.
- Contribuer à la fidélisation et satisfaction client, en bâtissant des relations sur le long terme.
Required Skills
- An excellent communicator, comfortable establishing lasting and trustworthy relationships.
- A natural networker, able to represent Captivea at local events.
- A commercial drive combined with a warm and approachable attitude.
- A first experience in sales (ideally in software) or strong motivation for the tech world.
- Autonomy and initiative to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Strong listening and adaptability skills.
- An existing local network or the ability to build one quickly in Rhône-Alpes.
