The experienced Odoo ERP consultant will primarily be responsible for the implementation and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for companies across various industries and channels, following Captivea's methodology. Captivea ERP consultants can specialize in either functional or technical roles, leveraging their intuitive nature and relationship-building skills to translate client needs into solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand the project scope and analyze client needs
- Lead analysis workshops with clients
- Present the software to clients
- Implement the ERP software to meet client requirements
- Define, estimate, and plan tasks
- Install and configure modules
- Customize modules using implementation tools (Studio, Automated Actions, Scheduled Actions)
- Import data
- Create specifications and collaborate with developers
- Ensure client satisfaction at each stage of the project
- Lead kick-off and follow-up meetings with the client
- Train and provide support to end users
- Ensure adherence to Captivea's methodology
Skills and Qualities
- At least 5 years experience in the field
- Ideally, experience with software implementation and technical skills such as HTML, XML, and basic programming
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal communication
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proficiency in both French and English
