As a Sales person within our company, you will be responsible for the final phase of the sales process. You will be responsible for arranging appointments with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and for closing sales and contracts with prospects. You will play a key role in growing our business by ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving your sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Appointment management: Take charge of appointments set by SDRs and prepare presentations tailored to prospects' needs
- Negotiation and Sales: Conduct negotiations, present offers convincingly, respond to objections, and close sales
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with the SDRs
- Team management: Responsible for the SDRs and their teams
Profile required
- Experience: From 3 years' experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment or with experience in closing contracts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to understand and present complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously
- Results-oriented with a strong team spirit
- Proactive and autonomous with good time management skills
- Sense of customer service and ability to establish lasting relationships with customers
- Fluent in French and English
- Degree in business, management or similar field
