Ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment and contribute to resolving technical issues encountered by employees.

Activities and Tasks

  • Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance of Hardware and Software:
    - Set up computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
    - Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security software.
    - Ensure regular software updates and the proper functioning of hardware.
  • Diagnosis and Resolution of Technical Problems: 
    - Identify technical issues related to networks, operating systems, and applications.
    - Provide quick and effective solutions to minimize service interruptions.
    - Offer technical support to users experiencing technical difficulties.
  • IT Security:
    - Implement the company's data protection policies.
    - Install firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures to protect against cyber threats.
    - Conduct regular security audits and monitor systems for vulnerabilities.
  • Incident and Help Request Management:
    - Track incidents.
    - Manage help requests.
    - Prepare reports on incidents and the solutions provided for future analysis.
  • These responsibilities ensure effective management of IT resources, guaranteeing security and continuity of operations within the company.

Desired Profile

  • Degree in computer science, networks, or a related field (BTS, DUT, Professional License).
  • Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Proficiency in computer networks and communication protocols.
  • Experience with ticket management and technical support tools.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
