The Odoo Accounting Consultant will be responsible for implementing Odoo for companies from various sectors, following Captivea's methodology. Captivea's Odoo consultants translate client needs into software solutions.
As an Odoo Accounting Consultant, you will be an expert in accounting modules and our reference point for accounting-related questions. You will also oversee implementing other Odoo modules (manufacturing, CRM, HR, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Understand the project scope and analyze client needs:
- Conduct analysis workshops with clients
- Perform software demonstrations for clients - Implement the ERP software to meet client needs:
- Define and estimate tasks
- Install and configure modules, especially those related to accounting
- Customize modules using implementation tools (Studio, automated actions, scheduled actions)
- Import data
- Write specifications and collaborate with developers - Analyze and assess current accounting processes and recommend improvements by leveraging Odoo's features
- Serve as a reference for accounting-related modules and assist in projects for other colleagues regarding accounting issues (queries from colleagues and clients)
- Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project :
- Train and provide support to end-users - Adhere to Captivea's methodology
Skills and Qualities
- Minimum of a BAC +3 degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Odoo software is a plus
