Internship Offer: Development of a Sales Support Agent Based on the Mistral AI Platform.
Duration: 4 to 6 months
Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of an intelligent support agent for the sales team, based on the Mistral AI platform.
- Work with technical and sales teams to define the needs and features of the support agent (automatic responses, data processing, etc.).
- Develop and integrate the support agent into the company’s existing tools (CRM, communication tools).
- Test and adjust the performance of the support agent to meet the needs of sales teams regarding customer management, outreach, etc.
- Ensure the regular maintenance and updates of the agent to guarantee its efficiency and evolution.
- Collect feedback from sales teams to continuously improve the intelligent assistant.
Desired Profile
- Student in computer science, engineering, or AI development.
- Good knowledge of AI and Machine Learning tools, particularly platforms like Mistral AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other languages related to AI.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Autonomy, initiative, and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Interest in optimizing sales processes through AI.
