This is a high-value position combining strategic client relationships and concrete business development!
Main mission (~70% of the time)
- A portfolio of existing clients will be entrusted to you from day one, with the goal of retaining and growing them.
- As an Account Manager, you will support these clients over the long term, with a strategic approach aimed at:
- Uncovering new needs,
- Promoting the full potential of Odoo, the all-in-one suite of business applications (ERP),
- Intelligently expanding usage and functional scope,
- Gathering valuable, informal information, being visible to top-level client contacts, and identifying key growth levers. - In parallel (~30% of the time), you will act as an Account Executive on inbound leads from marketing and responses to tenders.
- Your involvement throughout the entire sales cycle will be crucial: qualifying the need, conducting standard demos, coordinating advanced demonstrations with consultants, presenting offers, handling objections, and closing deals.

Desired Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or B2B sales development, ideally in a software environment (software publisher, integrator, IT consulting, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term trust and discuss business challenges.
- Strong autonomy: You enjoy working without a rigid framework, with clear guidelines, freedom, and a single objective: to retain your clients and maximize revenue.
- A solid general knowledge and impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are structured, comfortable organizing your time, and meticulous in CRM follow-up.
