WHO IS carvivo ?

Founded in 2016, Carvivo develops a SaaS-based lead management software to support automotive dealers in transforming their business and seizing the opportunities generated by digital transformation. To achieve this, we have created the Carvivo Contact application and provide services to dealerships to build customer loyalty and boost sales. Customer experience is at the heart of our mission to promote proximity, human connection, and trust. 
The Carvivo team consists of over 35 people based in Paris and Amiens who share common values, the foundation of our company culture: teamwork, trust, autonomy, commitment, simplicity, and a test & learn approach. Today, we ensure the satisfaction of nearly 650 dealership clients through our Carvivo Contact application, which processes 1,000,000 leads per year.

THEIR NEEDS

In search of a comprehensive tool to manage all its activities, Carvivo has selected Odoo ERP. 
To fully leverage Odoo's functionalities and adapt them to the specific needs of its dealership clients, Carvivo has chosen Captivea to customize and manage its ERP solution.
