Assist clients in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Odoo solution to meet their specific business needs.
Responsibilities
- Needs Analysis:
- Gather and analyze client requirements related to business management.
- Draft detailed functional specifications. - Solution Configuration:
- Configure and customize Odoo according to client specifications.
- Set up the necessary modules (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, etc.). - User Support:
- Train end users on how to use Odoo.
- Create training materials and user documentation. - Project Management:
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of implementation projects.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure projects are executed successfully. - Support and Maintenance:
- Provide functional support to clients after implementation.
- Identify and resolve functional issues encountered by users. - Technology Watch:
- Stay updated on Odoo developments and industry best practices.
- Propose improvements and optimizations for existing clients.
Required Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in IT, management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of prior experience as an Odoo consultant or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo and associated modules, as well as relational databases.
- Proficiency in English.
