How this Odoo app work?

  1. After installation go to general settings > search for external email servers and configure alias domain.
  2. After configuring alias domain go to the helpdesk -> configuration -> helpdesk teams > check the email alias and configure the email alias for the team.
  3. Choose relevant team on the helpdesk ticket and send a message from the chatter box, customer will get an email like team name with alias email from team.
