This module enables users to create company-specific digital signatures, providing secure and efficient management of email signatures within the organization.

Key features

• Users in the "Admin Signature" group can create and manage signatures for all users.
• A dedicated server action, called "Generate Signature," is integrated into the res_users model.
• Default company information for employees can be fetched using company_id.fields.

What is it?

This module enhances Odoo's capabilities by enabling simple and quick email signature management. A dedicated page, called "Design Signature," is integrated into the res_company model, offering a space to create and configure company email signatures.

Users with access to the "Admin Signature" group can design signatures for all members of the organization, while other users can only manage their own signatures. The "Generate Signature" server action automatically generates signatures based on data linked to employees and companies.

How this Odoo app work?

1. Go to the user's settings or the menu dedicated to managing signatures.
2. Select the "Generate Signature" server action for the target user or for yourself.
3. The system automatically generates and updates the signature in the res_users model.
